As a founding member of a new development team, I played a key role in building the next-generation order management platform for IONOS. The initial phase focused on implementing the platform using BPMN processes, involving close collaboration with business support systems teams and stakeholders to align requirements. Following the launch of the initial process, I advanced to Lead Developer, overseeing the rollout of subsequent international order processes.

In my capacity as Team Lead, I unified development and operations teams into a DevOps organization, assuming plan-build-run responsibility for the order management platform. Beyond continuous platform development and requirement implementation, I also managed the migration of several legacy systems to the new architecture.
